Victor Titus graduated from the University of Missouri Law School in 1981, and in the same year was admitted to the New Mexico bar where he has been successfully practicing law since.

Mr. Titus is the founder of the Victor Titus Law Firm (formerly Titus & Murphy Law Firm), where he has represented high-profile cases involving law enforcement officers and judges, along with their San Juan County community members from all walks of life who find themselves combatting legal challenges. With an aggressive but fair reputation for obtaining results for his clients, Mr. Titus is passionate about protecting the rights and legal needs of the those who require experienced care inside and outside of the courtroom.

Mr. Titus has practiced law for over 40 years, and worked with top-notch litigation firms before founding his own practice where Victor and his firm’s attorneys focus on personal injury cases including auto accidents and workers’ compensation injuries.

Mr. Titus is a Lifetime Member of the Best Attorneys of America, and was named to the American Society of Legal Associates Top 100 Litigation Lawyers, the Motor Vehicle Trial Lawyers top 25, and as one of the top 10% Lawyers of Distinction in the United States for Civil Litigation.
